At Lattice Services, each filament undergoes a comprehensive series of performance tests to ensure consistent quality and reliable mechanical properties. We specifically measure Young’s modulus, elongation at break, maximum tensile strength, degradation temperature, melting temperature, resorption time, glass transition, and molecular weight. Additional analyses, such as DSC (Differential Scanning Calorimetry) and GPC (Gel Permeation Chromatography), help refine the material characterization. Why do shipping fees vary between products?
Shipping fees are fixed for most of our products. For certain items, a transport insurance is automatically added. It covers the total value of the product or the entire order to protect high-value, premium materials during shipping.
