Shipping fees are fixed for most of our products.
For certain items, a transport insurance is automatically added. It covers the total value of the product or the entire order to protect high-value, premium materials during shipping. This may result in slight differences in delivery costs, even for the same shipping address.

A verified account is a status granted by Lattice Services to certain customers who have been identified and comply with applicable regulatory standards. It is mainly aimed at institutions such as universities, hospitals, research laboratories or medical device companies registered in their country and complying with ISO, CE, FDA standards etc. 

This status makes it possible to simplify and speed up certain orders for sensitive medical materials, without being mandatory. Unverified customers can still place an order, but will need to follow the standard quote request and verification process.

The decision to verify an account is entirely at the discretion of Lattice Services and is based on several internal criteria, including, but not limited to, the legal framework and compliance with applicable regulations.

Yes, we offer an on-demand 3D printing service, mainly for prototyping or pre-series purposes.

Yes. We support companies in all stages of 3D printing integration: choice of materials, definition of printing parameters, validation of prototypes, etc.

Depending on your needs, we can intervene globally or on an ad hoc basis, only on one or more stages of the process.

We usually ship within 48 to 72 hours for products in stock.

For specific or personalized references, the lead time depends on the production: you will be informed at the time of ordering.

For our absorbable materials, which are subject to special conservation requirements, a period of 1 to 2 weeks is usually necessary.

This optimised logistics organisation allows us to guarantee the freshness of the product and to ensure maximum quality at reception.

For our absorbable filaments, as far as possible, the materials should be kept in the same condition in which they were received, i.e.: vacuum packed with a desiccant bag. Store away from light and at low temperature (-20° Celsius). If the equipment is not used for several weeks, store it again in these conditions to avoid premature degradation of the equipment.

Yes, as long as it is technically feasible.

We can adapt an existing polymer or develop a new one, depending on your mechanical, regulatory or biocompatibility constraints.

We also offer the functionalization of materials through the addition of powders, additives or specific fillers, to meet particular needs: resorbability, antibacterial properties, etc.

We do not offer free samples, but we make sure to adapt as best we can to the needs of our customers. Smaller coils can be offered to facilitate testing, especially in R&D projects.

We also offer custom prints from your STL files, with the material of your choice, to allow you to test the material at a lower cost, without having to invest in a full reel.

Yes. Even though they are made from medical-grade materials, our filaments can also be used for any project that requires high-performance materials, traceability or biocompatibility, for example in the food and beverage, sports, veterinary or academic research sectors.

Our filaments are produced from certified raw materials (ISO/USP/GMP) whose certificates are available at the Customer’s request, subject to the prior agreement of the supplier of the raw material and the respect of confidentiality in accordance with Article 8 of the GTCS.

Our filaments are ideal for research, prototyping, or integration into MDs in development, but this is not an authorization for direct use in the patient without regulatory validation. Their implantability depends on compliance with the entire regulatory process in force in the customer’s country.

Attention: The final certification of a printed medical device depends on the intended use, the manufacturing process, and the applicable regulations (e.g. MDR 2017/745).

It is not necessary to use a certified printer to use our materials.

On the other hand, if the printed part is intended for an end medical use (e.g. implantable or patient contact medical device), then the entire process must be certified according to the regulations in force in the country of use. Certification and biocompatibility must be proven on the final part.

Our filaments are available in 1.75 mm and 2.85 mm diameters, making them compatible with the majority of professional 3D printers on the market.

However, we recommend the use of a printer with a closed enclosure because most of the time, our materials require precise thermal control to ensure print quality. For some filaments, a heated bed is also required.
