You may be familiar with our company LATTICE MEDICAL, a French company that develops new solutions for soft tissue regeneration using tissue engineering? (breast and skin reconstruction)

So come and discover LATTICE SERVICES ! This new brand is entirely dedicated to the development of 3D printing in medical devices! Thanks to its experience in tissue engineering, this activity is intended for all research & development professionals [R&D], medical device companies, research laboratories, and fab labs.

LATTICE SERVICES is a set of 3 services imagined to allow you to realize your R&D projects intended for health!

Implantable and resorbable filaments …

Currently, we have 3 3D printing filaments. Made in France in our premises, they are designed to make your own medical devices!
PDO, PLGA, PLA/PCL, our implantable and resorbable filaments allow you to realize your custom products: scaffolds, meshes, orthopedic screws and many others!

A 3D printing filament extrusion service …

Come and develop your own 3D printing materials!

With the help of our extruders, we can produce your filaments: choice of filament material, diameter (between 0.8mm and 3mm) and loads. You can also add features such as osteo-conduction, antibacterial, conductive …We characterize each filament by controlling their molecular weight and thermal properties. Thus, we guarantee the lowest degradation of materials during the extrusion process.

An idea in mind? Come and develop it with our 3D printing service!

From our range of filaments [PDO, PLA/PCL, PLGA], or from your own 3D printing materials, we can develop your prototypes or pre-series to measure! Thanks to our engineers and our software design means (Soliworks, Abaqus), we are able to model your future prototypes and optimize their topology.
From design to the evaluation of product characteristics, come and ask us for advice!

But also …

LATTICE SERVICES is also a 3D printing park with 28 printers. We use Fused Filament Deposition (FFD) or Pellet Additive Manufacturing* (PAM) technologies to transform your idea into a real product.

Today, we have an ISO7 clean room allowing us to produce your devices in a controlled environment.
In addition, we have a laboratory to ensure the validation of your specifications. For this, we are equipped with multiple analysis tools: chromatography, calorimetry, mechanical test benches, cell biology.
